According to veterans of the Airstream full-time lifestyle, having a clutter free space is often the key to keeping things from being too frustrating and/or spinning out of control. A place for everything and an uncluttered style are important. So to that end we spent a little time doing a few projects that will help us.
The Furnace
It needs ample intake area and we wanted a clean look. We found this perforated sheet metal at a big box store where we had been given a gift card. It would work until something more interesting came along.
Hiding the ducting under Magic Chef stove.
Hiding shoes. Cubby to right will be faced and be the hamper. So easy to unload into bag for laundromat.
The Linens Area: Good use of space. Everything needs extra containment due to Lola’s storage. Wouldn’t want dog fur on the fresh wash cloths.
Roller blind. Simple. Clean. Effective. Custom. Affordable.
