1973 Airstream Argosy 24ft

Andrew and I found this 1973 Airstream Argosy in Tennessee. We fell in love with the large wrap windows and we were really worried about kicking up rocks and breaking the curved glass on our way back to New England. I am going to be excited to get to work on this Argosy and get it on the road and usable again.

This was painted with a roller. I am definitely going to strip it to bare aluminum and give it the preliminary polish.
There are a few dimples on the end caps but I am not nearly as old as this baby and I have more than a few dimples. 😉
The view from the galley to the kitchen.
This bathroom has a lot of cracked plastic and will need to be remodeled.
The front gaucho bed and the refrigerator.
Avocado kitchen… I think for the time it was very in vogue.
Towing on the way north. So scary but this rig towed like a champ. The new to us truck preformed wonderfully! It is funny that the Argosy and Tundra kind of match.
