Andrew found us a small full brick two bedroom, one bathroom house on .99 of an acre, We closed today! I am already worried as we have discovered it has been raining inside the house. The previous owners said they had no idea the roof was leaking even though someone had placed large containers in the eaves of the attic. They pans are overflowing and leaking into the living-room and bedroom closet. I still have my Airstream so we will be dry and snuggled in while we sort out what we plan to do about it. My little bother is coming with us to help us get set up and begin a new next chapter for us all. Strange and exciting times.
