1975 24ft Airstream Argosy – Kitchen sink and cooktop

This weekend we are getting some of the appliances fit into place. I think it will give us a good feeling of the potential and how it could function. I know my niece and nephew are crazy to try out the bunk beds on an Auntie Adventure.

Testing out the counter tops. I got them in As-is for $20 each. I was thrilled to find two matched ones. It is so bright and white. Exciting times!
It was stressful cutting into the countertops for the cooktop. We didn’t want to mess up the finish and used painter tape so prevent the saw from leaving chips and blemishes.
This is a gas cooktop originally and we put the correct propane fittings onto it, dropped it into place and screwed it down.
Sink!
The faucet and soap dispenser are just being test fit. It is sharp looking. I do wonder if the sink will be sufficient size. The open panel under the sink will get a cover of some sort but it needs to be louvered or vented so the furnace has enough air intake clearance.
