Andrew and I need a dedicated storage location for the Solar Saga panels that came with the Jackery Explorer 1500 Solar Generator. After some trail and error and debating, we decided to modify the back seat of the Tundra for storage in the truck.
The Airstream has storage potential for the panels but our need of the having mobile power from the solar generator for our tools dictated the location of our dedicated storage location. The Jackery Explorer 1500 powers our tools while we travel even when we do not have the Airstream. Meaning, they need to be in the truck with the Jackery to maximize how we use this power source. I am pretty happy with how this turned out. Before anyone asks, yes Andrew did catch the seat on fire.
